Criteria for
Participation:
Age 18 and older
Diagnosed with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis
Be a candidate to receive biologic psoriasis therapy
Will to participate for 5 years
Benefits:
Qualified participants will receive study related exams and compensation
for time and travel. No medication will be provided as part of the study.
All participants will continue with their current psoriasis therapy.
